Telsasoft Announces Deployment of Network Monitoring Tools to Five Wireless Carriers
MINNEAPOLIS, April 2010 /PRNewswire/ – Telsasoft announces the deployment of network monitoring tools to three U.S.A. and two international wireless carriers. Carriers are utilizing Telsasoft’s new product support to seamlessly monitor multiple switching platforms.
MTPCS, LLC d/b/a CELLULARONE of Wayne, PA chose Telsasoft to monitor their GSM/GPRS/EDGE network after vetting other solutions. “Cellular One needed a cost effective solution for Network Performance Monitoring, Alarm Notification and Trouble Ticket Resolution,” states Michael F.
