Telsasoft has Deployed Nortel CDMA Alarms and Metrics and CDR Search Tools for Three Regional Wireless Service Providers

Also announced additional follow-on customer orders for next generation 1xEV-DO Rev. A alarms and metrics tools

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ – Telsasoft today announced that three regional wireless service providers have recently deployed Telsasoft’s next generation alarm fault management and performance metrics analytics tools and CDR search tools solution for their CDMA network management operations and an existing wireless customer has deployed 1xEV-DO Rev. A alarms and metrics tools from Telsasoft.

Appalachian Wireless of Ivel, KY, Golden State Cellular of Oakhurst, CA and Inland Cellular of Roslyn, WA have recently deployed Telsasoft’s next generation integrated OSS network management solutions for their CDMA network infrastructure; and Bluegrass Wireless of Elizabethtown, KY has deployed Telsasoft’s alarms and metrics tools for their 1xEV-DO network.

Our next generation OSS products developed by Telsasoft use the latest 64 bit Linux SuSE operating system and employ Microsoft dotNet based client. The architecture places a server (rack-mounted) at the center of all the network elements. The server talks to every device and assembles a raw database for alarms and metrics, then prepares information for display and performs paging out of the tech-on-call for any particular alarm event or issue. For maximum user-friendliness, we write a Microsoft dotNet based client, an easy-to-load-self-updating client, loaded on NOC machines or engineers’ machines or managers’ machines, all providing safe and secure access definable per user. Users see their alarms and metrics on maps and can graph any data.
