Telsasoft Is Deploying Nortel GSM Alarms and Metrics and CDR Tools for Two Regional Wireless Service Providers
MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ – Telsasoft today announced that two regional wireless service providers have deployed Telsasoft’s next generation alarm fault and performance metrics analytics tools solution for their GSM network management operations and an order for the GPRS alarms and metrics tools from an existing wireless customer.
Long Lines Wireless of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa and Caprock Cellular of Spur, Texas are deploying Telsasoft’s next generation integrated OSS network management solution for their GSM network infrastructure; and Plateau Wireless of Clovis, NM has ordered Telsasoft’s alarms and metrics tools for their GPRS network.
Our next generation OSS products developed by Telsasoft’s technical staff use the latest 64 bit Linux SuSE operating system and employ Microsoft dotNet based client. The architecture places a server at the center of all the network elements. The server talks to every device and assembles a raw database for alarms and metrics, then prepares information for display and performs paging out of the tech-on-call for any particular alarm event or issue. For maximum user-friendliness, we write a Microsoft dotNet based client, an easy-to-load-self-updating client, loaded on NOC machines or engineers’ machines or managers’ machines, all providing safe and secure access definable per user. Users see their alarms and metrics on maps and can graph any data.
