Telsasoft Announces Upgraded Software, “TelsApp”
The new web app provides advanced features, seamless integration, and customization

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – March 22, 2022 – Minnesota-based wireless technology solutions provider Telsasoft recently completed a refresh of its software, adding functionality and features, as well as improving the look and feel of the customer interface.  TelsApp provides:

  • the ability for Local Dashboard customers to create a user-configurable dashboard which can utilize a combination of KPI metrics, alarms, and a map;
  • a new, customizable network topology map which shows a telco’s internal network—such as Network Core and routers—and the relationships between those elements;
  • the capability to utilize third-party communication apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) to send notifications if the macro network is down; and,
  • the ability for employees out in the field to access alarms and KPIs on their mobiles or other devices, making them more efficient.

As always, Telsasoft’s entire solution is vendor agnostic so customers are able to monitor and report on network elements—regardless of vendor—and can scale easily as their private network grows.
