Eight LRA Members Have Adopted Telsasoft’s OpsAlert for Better Customer Experiences
October 3, 2017 – MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Minnesota-based wireless technology solutions provider, Telsasoft, is pleased to announce that eight members of Verizon’s LTE in Rural America (LRA) program have adopted Telsasoft’s OpsAlert to more accurately measure the customer experience.

The LRA members who have adopted Telsasoft’s OpsAlert to monitor their network performance are: Appalachian Wireless, Chariton Valley Communications Corporation, Custer Telephone Cooperative, Matanuska Telephone Association, Pioneer Cellular, Strata Networks, Triangle Communications and Carolina West.
With decades of experience serving a loyal customer base of rural and regional carriers, Telsasoft has combined wireless expertise and customer feedback to produce sophisticated software that is scalable and easy to use.
Working with these rural carriers, Telsasoft’s OpsAlert product has introduced a process that significantly reduces administrative burdens, saving between 15 and 30 hours per month. Telsasoft’s tool provides near real-time status of network performance thereby allowing the carriers to focus on those elements that are key to a positive customer experience.
